Welcome to our New England Sports Center Boarding Camp at the prestigious Hillside School in Marlboro, MA. Your child will love the combination of a full-day hockey camp and the camaraderie that can only come with a sleep-away camp experience!

Camp check in: Campers will check in Sunday, July 8th at 2pm at Hillside School. Campers will participate in 2 hours of on ice instruction Sunday afternoon; 4-4:50pm and 5-5:50pm. Following ice times they will bus to Hillside School for dinner, activities and lights out for a week of demanding on and off ice Hockey Skills Development.
Camp pick up: Parents may pick up their children Friday, July 13th 2pm at Hillside School!
Karen Thatcher, US Olympian and Providence College Assistant Hockey Coach, is the Girls Boarding Camp Director. Karen has extensive playing experience, most recently at the 2010 Winter Olympic games in Vancouver, where Team USA captured the Silver medal. Karen is a graduate of Providence College ('06) where she achieved great success and accolades. Prior to college, Karen was a record-setting hockey standout at The Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, MA, and with the Assabet Valley Girls program in Concord, MA.

What does this camp include?
This is a Total Skills Development camp, including five (5) hours per day on the ice. That's 25 hours for the week! We will also have all of our meals together and organize fun off-ice activities that promote sportsmanship and team building.
What is a typical day at this camp like? (actual times may change)
Will my child be safe and supervised at all times?
Yes! All of our camps follow strict safety protocols and comply with the Massachusetts Board of Health Requirements for summer camp programs. All of our staff are trained and certified in First Aid and CPR. Additionally, the Hillside School has a full time nurse available on campus. Students will be in the presence of certified, adult counselors at all times.
Can I visit my child during the week?
Parents are welcome at New England Sports Center at any time. The daily scrimmage is a great opportunity to watch your child put his/her hard work to the test! If you do choose this boarding camp, we do request that parents allow their child to remain with the other campers and participate in all of the off-ice activities as a group. This helps build a cohesive camp, and helps our staff to maintain a safe environment for all.
